As all IDOLM@STER related releases, preordering the game will allow you to get some "extras". I this case, you will be able to get a new song: "Little Match Girl". Also, usual promotional cards are limited to those who preorder it.
As you may know, I'm more interested in this franchise because its anime characters/idols, music, dances, outfits... and, of course, the seiyuu cast ;D. I don't own a XBOX360 and I don't have all that money to buy their games series: their DVD concerts and albums are expensive enough xD.
