Vampire IDOLM@STER 2: DLC 4!

Since June 1st, new DLC is avaible to for THE IDOLM@STER 2. A new song called "Kyun! Vampire Girl" (きゅんっ！ヴァンパイアガール) was revealed together with a new outfit and a bunch of new accessories! PV can be seen on NBGI Official Youtube Channel. As always, you can download the official PV on 4Gamer or Dengeki sites (links at the end of this post).

THE IDOLM@STER 2 DLCs 2 & 3!

As usual in IDOLM@STER series, more DLC (downloadable content) has been revealed since the date of IDOLM@STER 2 release.

THE IDOLM@STER 2 Preview and 6th PV [Little Match Girl]

Some weeks ago, a new THE IDOLM@STER 2 Promotional Video was released on Namco Bandai Games Official YouTube Channel. In this new PV (the 6th one), we see some more previews of the game & a really short segment of that new song I talked a month ago: Little Match Girl.

I love Little Match Girl! It sounds "80ish". Yukiho's new seiyuu, Asakura Azumi, sounds really nice. Her voice really suits Yukiho's character ^^ I'm happy to see cool Makoto in there, too :P. Also, dance looks more real than any other IM@S dance... It looks really smooth!

THE iDOLM@STER 2 date announced: February 2011!

 Finally we have a date: February 24th, 2011!

As all IDOLM@STER related releases, preordering the game will allow you to get some "extras". I this case, you will be able to get a new song: "Little Match Girl". Also, usual promotional cards are limited to those who preorder it.

THE IDOLM@STER 5th PV... Male idol group???

A 5th PV was released today with big BIG news: for the first time in an IM@S game, we'll be able to produce male idols (not counting Ryo xD).

Jupiter is the name of the new male idol group from 961Production!

I'm not a big fan of male idols/bands... but I think this may be pretty fun xD. I'm sure I'm not going to be a big fan of any of them... but their songs and performances will be interesting for sure :D!

THE IDOLM@STER 2 3rd & 4th PV!!

Since there are many news related with IM@S these two past weeks I want to write about, I'm going to split them in different posts!

First of all... THE IDOLM@STER 2 3rd & 4th PV!

The first PV is an THE IDOLM@STER 2nd-mix performance by Miki, Hibiki, Ami, Yayoi, Chihaya, Takane, Haruka, Yukiho & Makoto. As we saw in the 2nd PV, in this new game series we will able se 5 idols performing at the same time (before the maximum was 3). Unlike other IM@S remixes, this one has a different dance!

In the next PV we learn Ritsuko's producing a new unit called Ryugu Komachi (竜宮小町) composed by Azusa, Iori and Mami. Their debut song is called SMOKY THRILL! The bad news for some people is that none of them (including Ritsuko) are playeble characters (you can't produce them) :(

Some fans didn't take these news to well... but knowing the seiyuu of one of this girls is Kugimiya... I can imagine this was their decision. But this doesn't mean they're gone! They're surely making appereances as always on IM@S related events ^^!

Together with this news, Idolm@ster site was updated with all the idols profiles (they aren't shadows anymore xD) and a new site was opened: http://765pro.jp/

Like a real idol company/agency, 765Production has its own site xD! Also 961Productions (former Miki, Takane & Hibiki's company) is under contruction (EDIT: not anymore!).

There are many news I wanted to share with you about IM@S world the last month... so here we go!

THE IDOLM@STER MASTER ARTIST 2: New series

As usual, together with the new game series we will have new album series! The first album to be released on September 22nd with the name "THE IDOLM@STER MASTER ARTIST 2 Prologue". It will contain a new version of Danketsu (団結) and THE IDOLM@STER together with a inedit song by Kotori Otonashi ^^!

Like every IM@S album, it will contain covers, solo versions of an IM@S song, remixes and new songs. Again, those covers were chosen among the fans' selections (one day they will pick mines x_D!!).

Yukiho's new figure

Continuing those incredible Yayoi, Miki, Chihaya,...'s figures from the Brilliant Stage series of 1/7 scale pre-painted PVC figures, a Yukiho's figure is going to be released on December.

Idolm@ster Seiyuus to appear in Seiyuu Grand Prix magazine

The October issue of Seiyuu Grand Prix magazine will break the record of seiyuus in its cover: All 13 seiyuu from THE iDOLM@STER 2!

It will also contain interviews with the seiyuus, an exclusive bocklet and coverage of the THE IDOLM＠STER 5th ANNIVERSARY tour.
